FAQS:
1Is a chiropodist covered by OHIP?
Unfortunately, chiropodists are not covered by OHIP. However, they are often covered by extended healthcare plans, MVA’s and WSIB
2What are Orthotics?
Orthotics are insoles that you insert into your shoes which support the structure of your feet while at rest and during movement. In fact, your foot contains 26 bones, 33 joints, more than 100 tendons, muscles & ligaments where each step we take involves small movements of these muscles and joints. Orthotics help correct these biomechanical abnormalities and allow your feet to move the way they should.
3What’s the difference between custom orthotics and the ones found at a local drug store?
While the insoles found at a local drug store may relieve some of your pain, they are not tailor-made to the person wearing them. They are generalized in their designed to support common areas of pain and biomechanical abnormality in the foot. A custom-made orthotic is made to specifically address your biomechanical issues and to correct your gait where needed.

Being a newer clinic, it is easy to book an appointment when you want. The front desk staff are very kind and helpful and Sandy is an excellent and attentive physiotherapist. I would definitely recommend this clinic to others!Maya Hashmi02:38 26 Apr 24I just have to give Sandhya a 5 raving review because I went into the clinic with very little mobility thanks to a back sprain and long story short, she’s got me back in working order after two sessions.Even fit me in for an emergency second session cz I was walking so stiffly 🥲She’s very professional, caring and really listens.
