At Rejoice Physiocare Clinic we are aware of how important your time is, so we make every attempt to begin your appointment at its scheduled time. We understand that last-minute changes in your schedule are impossible for you to avoid. However, cancellations, no-shows or late arrivals hinder our ability to administer treatment to you, as well decrease our ability to accommodate other patients.
We will attempt to remind you of your appointment a day in advance. However, do not rely on these calls to keep track of your appointments. You are fully responsible to keep up your scheduled time. We require a minimum 24-hour notice for cancellation of an appointment. You will be charged a cancellation / missed-appointment fee equivalent to the full fee for the appointment time reserved for you.
